• Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
• We currently ship to U.S. only

Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Issues

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.
• If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Addresses

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
• We are not able to reship orders due to address errors.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly send a replacement.
